Price of Services:

  • All the prices are set by the agencies, hotels and hostels that will use the platform to offer and sell their services.
  • All the prices are expressed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes. The prices for more than a 15-person group are subject to discounts.
  • All the prices of air and ground transportation are subject to change and are based availability at the time of booking.

 

Reservations

  • Reservations are required 4 weeks prior to the date of the travel.
  • Confirmation of reservations requires payment for services 21 days prior to travel date.
  • Credit card charges will be completed after confirmation of availability of all the services required.
  • All reservations for programs or tours that are confirmed are guaranteed. The confirmation of reservation will be sent through an e-mail. A package will be sent by mail, including all tickets, itineraries and logistical information.
  • Cancellation is required 21 days prior to the travel date. Airfare is not-refundable as the provider is subject to the terms of the airlines.
  • The entire payment of the packages / tours must be made at the time of booking.

Penalties

* The fractions of package / tour which was not used, as a decision taken by the passenger; it won't be refunded once the package / tour begins.

* Note: Reservations for access to Inca Trail are not refundable.

 

Reservations of Hotels (Included in the Tourist package):

  • All reservations for hotels that are confirmed are guaranteed.
  • Hotel price includes lodging only, unless otherwise specified.
  • Passengers need to provide identification (typically a passport) to access their hotel reservation.
  • Reservations of tickets and transportation (Included in the Tourist package)
  • * All reservations for tickets and transportation that are confirmed are guaranteed.

Penalties: Air tickets: Airfare is non-refundable.

Documentation:

  • Passengers must have a valid passport or a travel document according to his/her nationality and in accordance with the legal rules of Peru and others destinations
  • The final list of the passengers must have the following information:
  • Full name of the passenger
  • Passport Number
  • Nationality
  • Age
  • Sex
  • Food preferences
  • Suggestions: Very Important (Allergies, sicknesses, special characteristics of the passenger, etc.).

Urgent Cancellation:

* In the case of an urgent cancellation, please contact Enjoy Travel directly.

Luggage:

  • You are able to carry up to 44 lb. (20 kg.) in all the flights and in the ground transportation.
  • The passenger is responsible of its own luggage, unless the luggage will be insured.
  • The passenger will be completely in charge of the small things like: film or photographic cameras, binoculars, handbags, umbrellas, etc.
  • We recommend that passengers insure luggage and mark with identification cards.

Meals:

  • In all the flights and ground transportation, food and snacks are served according to the policies of the transportation company.
  • Passengers are responsible for providing their own meals.

Liability and obligation

  • The Supplier, at the time of confirmation of reservations, has the responsibility to complete what was offered, and the programs has to be carried out as declared in the scheduled program and in the published information on the web page.
  • In case of a change in availability of specific air, hotel or tour reservation, the Supplier will make its best effort to provide an acceptable alternative of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Full or partial refunds, for cancellations requested by the passenger, will be provided within the 30 working days, after having received the request of the passenger.
  • The Supplier denies all the responsibility in the case of meteorological problems or natural disasters that cannot be predicted.
  • The Supplier denies any kind of responsibility for any damage, lost or injury suffered in relation with the services and lodging provided by the train companies, bus operators, tourism companies, tour operators, steamship operators, airlines, hotels and lodging companies, and others which operate under the control of laws of the country in which these services are brought.
